What is GTC?

  • A web application that provides instant access to public systems biology data for 500 organisms and counting.
  • In addition to public data, GTC makes it easy to load your own data.
  • One click launches a variety of applications for analyzing annotation, interaction, genome, and orthology data.
  • It's easy to work with multiple organisms side-by-side.
  • All applications support the Gaggle framework for interactive exploration of systems biology data.

How can I use it?

GTC is available at http://gtc.systemsbiology.net.
