Genome Browser

The Gaggle Genome Browser (nicknamed HeebieGB) is a means of visualizing high-density data by location on the genome. Use cases include tiling arrays, ChIP-chip, and RNA-Seq. It was developed in conjunction with mapping the transcriptome of Halobacterium salinarum NRC-1.
